Digestion & Constipation

Nisoth  –  Nishoth plant has great medicinal values in Ayurveda. This is very effective in treatment of habitual constipation, colic, piles and skin disorders.

Harad – Harad is an herb which is commonly known as Harade in India. It has multiple Ayurvedic health benefits. Harad is an amazing herb that can be helpful in controlling hair loss and promoting hair growth. 

Senna – Senna is a medication used to treat constipation and empty the large intestine before surgery. The medication is taken by mouth or via the rectum.

Amaltas –  Amaltas has umpteen health benefits. Be it the fruit pulp, leaves, roots or flowers, Ayurveda signifies this plant as “Sarvarogaprashamani” one that cures all types of diseases and shields the body against numerous microbial infections. 

Sanuf – In Ayurveda fennel is called saunf or madhurika. It is believed to be bitter, pungent and sweet in taste. Ideally, this herb is hot in potency and helps to maintain a balance between three body energies – Vata, pitta and kapha.

Sanuth – Sonth or Shunthi is  also called vishvabhejhaj (universal medicine) due its many uses. It is a natural pain killer, used in Ayurveda to relieve all types of pain including abdominal colicky pain, joint pain, headaches and  menstrual pain as it balances vata dosha in body.

Ajwain – Ajwain or oma water is an excellent Ayurvedic remedy to treat indigestion problems. It helps in treating indigestion issues and eases irregular periods problem. Oma water is a traditional remedy given to babies to cure indigestion and flatulence.

Dhaniya – Dhaniya, Dhanyaka or Coriander botanical name is Coriandrum sativum. Corinder plant grows annually but according to conditions, can grow in summer or in winter.
